The information collected is used solely for communicating with the intended party and in accordance with what must be disclosed to the other party, opposing counsel and/or the court to properly and ethically handle your case.  Please specify with us if any email, mailing address or other information you provide  is confidential from the other party and we will discuss your options with you.  We do not share your information with external parties for marketing or any other purposes not related to handling your court case.

Your Choices: 
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your information. If you have any concerns or questions about your data, please contact us at admin@jonesesquire.com.

Policy Changes:
